Derek Lunsford vs. Hadi Choopan - pictures from the preparation for the fight for the title of Mr. Olympia!

Professional bodybuilders Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan are among the most prominent candidates to win the Sandow statuette at this year's Mr. Olympia, which has been the absolute pinnacle of bodybuilding competitions for decades.

And why these two? The answer is quite simple, short and clear. Because they are the winners of the last two editions of this competition. Hadi left the podium as king in 2022, then had to settle, understandably reluctantly, for second place at last year's edition when he had to concede to Derek.

The fact that Derek and Hadi are considered the main favourites of the competition does not mean that they will be. Of course, we mustn't forget about the other fighters who will present themselves on the Olympia stage. Nick Walker and especially Samson Dauda are considered by many to be the biggest threat to the aforementioned duo, who has recently proved that he simply knows how to shape up, and even in terms of volume, he is no longer far behind the top.

Below you can not only watch a few videos of the pair during their training sessions, but you can also judge their forms through photos, and Derek will also show you what the diet of the reigning champion looks like.
