Derek Lunsford at a chest workout 12 weeks before Mr. Olympia 2023

On the first weekend of November, Las Vegas will host this year's Mr. Olympia, which is, deservedly, the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world.

Many an amateur bodybuilder dreams of one day standing next to other fighters on the podium of this competition and fighting them for the Sandow statuette, which is inseparably linked to this contest.

One of the fighters who may no longer only dream about his participation is the American professional Derek Lunsford, who managed to win a great second place in his debut last year among the heavyweights and is thus considered one of the main candidates for this year's title.

Below we offer you a video that captured this promising fighter 12 weeks before the competition at the chest training, during which he was accompanied by Fabricio Moreira. The latter managed to dominate the recent Tampa Pro 2023 event in the 212lb division, and he too is set to be among those who will compare their forms at the 212 Olympia 2023 Olympia Weekend.
