Current training of Slavoj Bednar 3 weeks before Arnold Classic South America 2023

In just 3 weeks, the next edition of the Arnold Classic South America will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where we, the Czech Republic, will be represented by two professional bodybuilders. One of the two is the young Josef Květoň, for whom this will be his debut among professionals. The second competitor from our country is a seasoned fighter Slavoj Bednar.

And just yesterday, a video with Slavoj, who has only 3 weeks left to race, was released on Extrifit's YouTube channel. In the video Pavel lightly interviews Slavoj so you can see how he is doing before the race, but most importantly you can watch his chest and shoulder training.
