Current form of Michal Krizanek two weeks before the races

In just a fortnight (18th June), the NPC professional bodybuilders' competition will take place in Alicante, Spain, where Slovak giant Michal Križánek will be present. He will try to win the first place and qualify for this year's Mr. Olympia, where he would certainly like to improve his twelfth place last year.

Four weeks ago we published an article in which you could see Michal's current form and also his training 6 weeks before the competition. Now we have his "update" for you again.
