Čestmir Šíma lost 50 kilos and looks the best in his life: The Terminator from Aš is no longer just a mountain of meat!

Čestmír Šíma used to be a synonym for untamed strength and brutal mass. As the first Czech in history, he lifted an unimaginable 415 kg on the deadlift and with a weight oscillating around 170 kg, he commanded respect everywhere he went. Today, however, everything is different. The strongest man in the Czech Republic has undergone an incredible transformation that inspires more than his old records.

The end of the "Heavyweight" era

When Čestmir retired as a professional in 2021, he did so as a champion. He understood that his body deserved a break after years of hauling trucks and lifting concrete balls. While in his glory days he had to push thousands of calories into his body to maintain his giant bulk, today he relies on quality and health.

Visual illusion: 121 kg of pure muscle

Many fans didn't believe he had lost so much weight because he still looks like a rock in the photos. Therefore, in September 2025, Chester put an end to the speculation when he shared a photo straight from the scale.

• The digital scale at the time showed exactly 121.0 kg.
• Current status: While that number may fluctuate slightly today in 2026, it's clear that the era of extreme overweight is over.
• Reaction of those around him: Čestmir himself admits that people often guess him around 130 kg, which pleases him because it proves the quality of his current muscle mass.

An investment that really pays off

Today, Čestmir doesn't have to prove anything to anyone. His new philosophy in life is inner well-being and consciously working on his own satisfaction. It's no longer just about shattering records, but about a balance between fitness, sauna and time spent with family.

"Because you can't be at ease with your surroundings if you're not at ease with yourself," he tells fans from the gym where he now trains for fun, often accompanied by his children.

Pushing the boundaries of what is humanly possible, the "Ashe Terminator" has become a man who has come to understand that the greatest strength lies not in what you lift off the ground, but in how you feel in your own body. Because investing in your health and family is the best thing you can do, he believes.
