Although Sergio Oliva Jr. has not yet confirmed any upcoming bodybuilding plans, many were hoping to see him back on stage soon. He is the son of bodybuilding legend and former three-time Mr. Olympia titleholder Sergio Oliva, who once fought Arnold Schwarzenegger. Due to Oliva Jr's superior genetics, he was considered a huge threat by the bodybuilding community due to his imposing size and fullness.

After Dorian Yates took over as Sergio Oliva Jr's trainer, there has been talk of his return for months. From training hard to practicing posing, Oliva Jr. could shine in his next show. Until then, however, it seems he'll have to adjust his training efforts to keep his ankle. In a recent Instagram post, Sergio Oliva Jr. revealed that he suffered a fractured ankle that is giving him problems. For now, he seems to be resting and recovering as best he can.

"For those who don't know, I broke my ankle four weeks ago, so my participation in the expo was rough, but we rocked makeshift ice packs with her leggings," Oliva Jr. shared.
