Bikini Olympia 2023 | Top five female competitors - pre-contest special
The Bikini division has been growing in popularity since 2010. This division, which requires less muscle development than other female categories, suits many women around the world.
In 2021, Jennifer Dorie took the bikini throne, but was unable to repeat her success in her first title defence last December.
Instead, Maureen Blanquisco secured the gold at the 2022 Bikini Olympia and will be looking to extend her reign on November 4 in Orlando, Florida. In addition, former three-time Bikini Olympia competitor Ashley Kaltwasser will be in attendance and will be looking to make history as the most successful female competitor of all time.

Bikini Olympia 2023 | Top 5
5. Aimee Leann Delgado
At her last Bikini Olympia show in 2022, Delgado secured sixth place, a huge improvement over the previous year. With her steady improvement and string of wins, we believe Delgado will improve her overall placement at Olympia.

4. Ashley Kaltwasser
Kaltwasser is a seasoned veteran of this category, having won the coveted Bikini Olympia title a total of three times (2013-2015). Her stage presence, confidence and sideways turns have made her a deadly competitor over the years. Kaltwasser also competed in five events this season and won four of them. In her most recent competition, she won first place at the 2023 Vancouver Pro in Canada.

3. Maureen Blanquisco
Blanquisco hopes to cement her position as a two-time champion, an extremely tall task for anyone in this category. She last appeared on the podium in December when she competed at the 2022 Bikini Olympia, and given that she's had time to rest, we expect a big showing from the champion.

2. Jennifer Dorie
Jennifer Dorie is another huge threat who will burst onto the scene in a few days. Since her second place finish at the 2020 Bikini Olympia, Dorie has been making steady progress. This consummate professional, who boasts a well-developed physique, not only won the title at the Arnold Classic Bikini International, but she also earned a win at Bikini Olympia in the 2021 season.
In her last appearance on the Olympia stage in 2022, Dorie fell short of new champion Maureen Blanquisco, finishing second. If she can improve, Dorie has a solid chance to become a two-time Bikini champion.

1. Lauralie Chapados
Chapados has become a star in the sport thanks to her skills on the podium and tireless work ethic. Chapados recently won her second Arnold Classic Bikini International title (2023) and enters this year's Olympia with a lot of momentum.
Chapados was not at her best at last year's Olympia, but still managed to secure a fifth place finish. Given her consistent progress, training and recent success in Columbus, Ohio, she could be on track for the biggest win of her career this weekend.
