"As promised 2025 Križo is back!"

Slovak bodybuilding can rejoice at the significant return of one of its greatest talents - Michal "Kriz" Krizanek. After a challenging surgery, which took him away from active training for four months, Križo is back in the process of building his physical condition. With his current weight of 138 kg, he is ready to take the podium again and inspire the next generation of athletes.

Coming back from surgery

Michal Krizanek, known as Križo, recently underwent an important medical procedure that was essential to his long-term health and bodybuilding career.

"The surgery was challenging but necessary.Now, four months after the surgery, I am fully recovered and ready to return to training with renewed energy and determination," said Križánek

After the surgery, Križo did not delay and immediately began rehabilitation and subsequent return to training. His road back has not been easy, but thanks to the support of his team of nutritionists, physiotherapists and coaches, he is making gradual but steady progress.

"Every day is a challenge, but I see progress and that motivates me to keep going," Krizanek says.

Michal Križánek now weighs 138 kg, which is a significant increase in muscle mass since before the surgery. This weight gain is the result of a carefully planned diet and intense training that combines strength training with cardio training to improve overall fitness.

"I'm working on making my body not only massive, but also aesthetically balanced and functional," Krizanek adds.
