Ales Lamka 35 days to the race

Last year Ales tried to win a professional card in the NPC federation, which unfortunately didn't work out. This year he plans to fulfill his goal of becoming a professional bodybuilder and then try to fight his way to the Olympia, which is of course every bodybuilder's dream.

And that is why Ales is very strictly following the regime that is associated with it. Recently he even participated in a training session with Patrik Herčzík, who was just last year's Olympia participant. So below you can watch a training video of Patrik and Ales 35 days before the competition.
