A good dose of motivation with Slovak giant Michal Križánek!

Michal Križo is preparing for his next trip to the big puddle in November. In a recent Instagram post, Križo showed off his massive physique just 10 weeks before competing at the 2023 Olympia.

The rising Slovakian bodybuilding star has done an unimaginable amount of work in just a year and has come to great results. In 2022, Michal Križo moved from the IFBB Elite Pro League to the NPC and proved that he is a serious threat when it comes to weight and fullness. In the last year, he has achieved a level that has the whole bodybuilding world talking about him. A few months ago Križo fought his way to the podium at the 2022 Italian Amateur Olympia to take first place and earn his pro card.

Michal Križo made his pro debut at the EVLS Prague Pro 2022, where he took first place and qualified for the Olympia 2022. Križo then placed 12th at the biggest show of the year, which was an epic finish to his busy season. This year promises much better form and it's already evident that he's moved up another level and we can't wait to see how he looks among the top bodybuilding at Olympia and hope he makes it into the top 10 this time!
