A good dose of motivation with Czech Viking Josef Květoně!

Josef Květoň had a great season this year and gained a lot of new fans! He only competed in two races, the Arnold South America 2023, where he took fourth place, and the New York Pro 2023, where he got a great third place. This confirmed his belief that he is one of our top bodybuilders. People abroad also started to notice him, including one of the legends of world bodybuilding - Milos Sarchev, who praised him on social media.

When Pepa and I found this video, which was very nicely edited by someone from abroad who took the trouble to write down information about his bodybuilding career and his overall approach to life, we were a bit scared, but at the same time pleased. It's great that there are videos that support what you do and give you energy to keep going and outdoing yourself. Pepa is on rest mode now, but you have a lot to look forward to after the summer, and as always we will keep you updated and document everything again! Now sit back and watch this motivational video that will get you so energized you'll want to go to the gym and destroy it!
