Josef Květoň showed Ales Lamko how to train his legs

Perhaps every bodybuilding fan has remembered the name of Josef Kveton, currently the most successful Czech bodybuilder. This year Pepa entered the competition podium for the first time among the pros. In early spring it was at the Arnold South America 2023, where he won the fourth place. After that he showed up at the New York Pro 2023. There Pepa managed to get third place, which is a huge success for the Czech Republic!

Pepa is currently in the off-season because he is farming and therefore doesn't have much time for bodybuilding. Nevertheless, he is trying to finish his diet and workouts, which you can see in a new video by Ales Lamka, who filmed a leg workout with Pepa.
