The stage in Las Vegas saw one of the most anticipated and balanced fights of the entire Olympia weekend! In the Women's Physique category, two legends faced each other: four-time champion Sarah Villegas and her biggest rival, former 2022 champion Natalia Coelho. Prejudging showed that the final would be an absolute war for every point and every muscle!

Sarah Villegas entered the stage with a clear goal - to win her fifth title and break Juliana Malacarne's record. Her symmetry, balanced proportions and confident demeanour make her one of the most dominant champions in history. But standing against her was Natalia Coelho, who brought the form of a lifetime. She was visibly fuller, with enhanced back detail and massive thighs that took the breath away.
