The time has finally come for competitors to show their best at the Olympia Weekend 2023, which takes place in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Center from November 2 to 5.

The men's bodybuilding division up to 212 lbs continues to prove that it is one of the most watched categories in the IFBB Pro League. Last year's reigning champion was Derek Lunsford, but he accepted a special invitation to compete in the Open, which he took full advantage of by finishing in second place.

In his absence, Shaun Clarida cemented his position as a two-time 212 Olympia winner (2020, 2022) after reclaiming his title. Clarida, who was aiming to break the record of Flex Lewis, who has won seven 212 Olympia titles, did his best in the prejudging to separate himself from the rest. With names like Angel Calderon Frias and Keone Pearson, the pressure was palpable at the convention center.

During the prejudging, reigning two-time champion Shaun Clarida put on a great show. His fullness of muscle was unmatched, although Keone Pearson's form was impossible to ignore. Clarida's fitness seemed to be on another level today.

Keone Pearson a Shaun Clarida

The judges gave both men a closer look, and given their impressive posing routines, it will be interesting to see how the finals turn out.

Shaun Clarida and Keone Pearson went to war in the final call-up. Pearson held his own, especially in the spread-back pose, although the side poses of the "Giant Slayer" were extremely dominant. Fans are looking forward to tonight's finale!
