Chris Bumstead has one goal - to win his fourth Classic Physique Olympia triumph in a row!
Olympia Weekend, the biggest bodybuilding and fitness event in the world, is not only about the Mr. Olympia competition, where the monstrous Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay will be fighting for his third victory in a row this year, despite the fact that it is the most watched and most anticipated competition, but also about other competitions where equally good competitors are competing against each other.
The 212 Olympia, a contest for bodybuilders with a weight limit of 212 pounds, also has its charm, where this year will most likely be missing last year's winner Derek Lunsford, who received an invitation to participate among the heavyweights at Mr. Olympia 2022.
Many are more keen on the Men's Physique or Classic Physique divisions than the aforementioned categories, where although there are much more subtle competitors on the stage, many believe they have much more appealing physiques, with most fans pointing out that these physiques are far more attainable for the "normal mortal".

So these categories have a lot to offer, especially this year, when Jeremy Buendia, the four-time winner of this competition from 2014 to 2017, and Brandon Hendrickson, who triumphed here in 2018, 2020 and 2021, are set to meet on the stage of the Men's Physique Olympia 2022 and would like to match the former in the number of triumphs this year.
The 2022 Classic Physique Olympia will also be contested for a fourth win, something that the winner of the last three editions, Chris Bumstead, would like to claim.
He shared a post on his Instagram with his fans these days, which he added the words:
What would I say to my younger self?
Take more risks, think less, do more.
I've always been an over-thinker, and many times that has left me in the realm of dreams and wondering "what if?"
I'm grateful that life has allowed me to grow out of that, and follow what I love at the highest level. I still have a lot to learn, it takes time and effort, but getting out of my thoughts and into the reality I want to live, and becoming the man I want to be is getting easier every day!
As you can see from this post, Chris has let go of all the "what ifs" and is working on himself like he has never done before. That means one thing, and that is that he is focused on one single goal, and that is to win his fourth Classic Physique Olympia triumph in a row!
Will he succeed?
