Cedric McMillan, Akim Williams, Luke Sandoe and Rafael Brandao present their forms 4 weeks before Arnold Classic 2019

This year's season of the Jim Minion IFBB Professional League will kick off on Saturday, March 2 with the Arnold Classic, part of the multisport Arnold Sports Festival.

We informed you in this article about which fighters have received an invitation to this year's 31st edition of this prestigious competition. In it, we also mentioned that the biggest favourite to triumph will surely be Roelly Winklaar, the third man of Mr. Olympia 2018 and the winner of the Prague EVLS.

However, there will be other big names on stage, one of which is certainly Cedric McMillan. He managed to dominate the North American Arnold in 2017. Last year's season was not very successful for him, when he finished "only" third at the Arnold Classic, and even ninth at Mr. Olympia!

This year, he will surely want to show himself in a much better light, and try to dominate this second most prestigious event again.

Below you can watch a video showing the American's form 4.5 weeks before he puts on his competition swimsuit. It should be noted that Cedric's current weight is 131 kilograms!

Another American, Akim Williams, will make his debut on the podium of this event.

He will want to present himself here in much better form than in previous seasons, when he impressed with his volumes, but fell far behind his competitors in terms of final fitness.

British Luke Sandoe will make his second start at the North American Arnold Classic. He started here in the 2017 season, when he finished eighth. This year, he would certainly like to move up a place.

Below you can, through a pair of photos, judge his form 4 weeks before the competition at 120.5 kilograms.

Brazilian bodybuilder Rafael Brandao will also make his debut here. At twenty-five years of age, he will be a newcomer to the starting field.

Rafa has been training at the world-famous Gold's Gym in Venice, where not only the photographs showing his current form alongside 2019 Mr. Olympia titleholder Shawn Rhoden, but also a video taken during his leg workout, were taken.
