Brett Wilkin and Charles Griffen at a joint shoulder training session

Brett Wilkin has been determined to get to the top of the sport since the beginning of his bodybuilding journey. After earning his pro card in 2018 in the Classic Physique division, he cemented his place in bodybuilding. A year later, Brett decided to try the up to 212lbs division and Wilkin took his physique to the next Puerto Rico Pro in 2019, where he managed to place 10th. Despite the unfavourable result, he competed at the Toronto Pro Super Show and placed sixth.

Instead of competing at 212 again, Wilkin moved into open bodybuilding. One of the most notable performances of his career came after placing second at the Chicago Pro 2021. Earlier this year Wilkin competed in the Arnold Classic where he took sixth place.

Charles Griffen has also had an exciting bodybuilding career so far. He took third place at the Tampa Pro 2021 and then took some time off from competition.

After his hiatus, Griffen headed to the 2022 Indy Pro. While it looked like he was the favorite to win, rising star Blessing Awodibu brought an improved lower body that allowed him to dominate the competition. Griffen ended up taking second place in an incredibly close contest. After nearly earning an invitation to Olympia, Griffen left no doubt with the judges at his next show and took first place at the 2022 California Pro.

And it was this duo that came together for a joint shoulder workout in which they focused on building back, side and front delts. You can watch the entire workout in the video below!
