Brazilian physique, Felipe Franco, is hospitalized

Felipe Franco is a professional bodybuilder from Brazil who competes in the men's physique division. At the age of 17, he took his first sniff of exercise and after successfully completing his studies in physical education, he began to devote himself to bodybuilding 100%. Franco made his pro debut in 2014 at the Prestige Crystal Cup Pro, where he placed second and qualified for the Olympia, where he finished in the top 15. In his professional career to date, the Brazilian has completed eleven events of which he managed to win two - Europa Dallas 2016 and Los Angeles Grand Prix 2018.

During last season, Felipe only competed in one event in Portugal at the Mr. Big Evolution Pro Portugal 2021, where he took first place.

Franco, had to undergo surgery this week on his appendix, which he got acute inflammation in. Franco presented to the emergency room thinking it was just abdominal pain caused by gas. However, he was subsequently told that it was acute appendicitis and that Felipe's appendix needed to be removed. Fortunately, this went well and the great bodybuilder is now undergoing convalescence in hospital.

We hope that this great competitor recovers soon so that I can get back on the competition boards again.
