Bradley Martyn has given hip thrust a new level!

If we were to talk about world famous fitness celebrities we would have to mention the name Bradley Martyn. I'm sure everyone has seen some of Bradley's videos where he was either lifting some serious weights or doing something funny. However, Bradley is not just a social media character, he has even won some bodybuilding competitions - NPC Southern California Champion, NPC USA Championship runner up and NPC Phil Heat Classic Event.

However, it was in 2014 that he launched his career as a youtuber that made him most famous. He started posting videos on his channel of workouts, nutrition, motivation but funny content that got him noticed among the fitness community.

And it was one such funny video that Bradley posted on his social media as he showed the style in which he worked out a heavy set on the hip thrust. In fact, he had a very pretty brunette sitting on his lap during the series, which clearly gave him a boost of courage... Well, judge for yourself.
