Bodybuilder Paul Poloczek died, he was 37 years old

Paul Poloczek was a Polish professional bodybuilder who was thirty-seven years old. The news of his death came from his wife Katherin DeNev, who shared the information on her Instagram along with a heartbreaking caption. Just a few hours before his sudden death, Paul Poloczek was attending the NPC World Championships in Baden-Württemberg.

The exact cause of Poloczek's death is unknown, but deaths in the bodybuilding community have been on the rise recently. And there's a lot of talk about doping mismanagement.

Paul received his professional card in 2017 after winning the Arnold Classic Amateur tournament in Ohio. His next competition was the New York Pro and the Arnold Classic in 2018. Polczek took a break from bodybuilding for a while and returned to the IFBB Europa Pro in 2021 where he placed 16th.
