Bodybuilder Hadi Choopan tried his hand at boxing in the ring
This year, Hadi Choopan finished third in the biggest bodybuilding competition in the world - Mr. Olympia 2021. For many fans, however, this fighter is the winner of Olympia and they take the third place awarded to Hadi as a snub and a political fight. Choopan is from Iran. And we all know very well what kind of relations the US has with the Middle Eastern countries.
Hadi didn't get his first triumph at the Olympics until 2019, when he took third place, just like he did this year. However, for this Persian wolf, participation in the Olympics was not as clear-cut as it may seem. In fact, Hadi didn't know until the last minute whether he would be able to participate in the competition and whether he would be granted a visa to the United States. Nevertheless, he put everything into his preparation and hoped to see the big pond. He did, and his faith earned him the aforementioned third place.
Hadi Choopan at Mr. Olympia 2019

Hadi's pilgrimage to the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world, Mr. Olympia, continued last year, but unfortunately the situation was the same as in 2019. Hard work, sacrifice and a visa in sight... Nevertheless, once again, he and his coach Hany Rambod gave everything in their preparation and believed that they would be able to participate in the competition, which happened and Hadi won this time the fourth place.
Despite the fact that the 2022 season has just begun, Hadi is once again targeting his preparation for Olympia and we can only hope that the Iranian bodybuilder will be allowed to compete again. He will certainly leave nothing to chance and will do everything he can to come back better than ever. His coach Hany Rambod, who is the founder of the legendary FST-7 training method, will definitely help him in this.
Just for the record, Hany has had fighters like Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Denis Wolf and others pass through his hands.
However, Snake doesn't just spend his time at the food boxes and the weights. Recently, he even stepped into the ring, put on his boxing gloves and traded some light punches with his buddy. It's good to see that even the best bodybuilders in the world can have fun in other ways than posing in front of the mirror.
