Big Ramy's current form in preparation for Mr. Olympia 2022

During this December, another edition of the prestigious Mr. Olympia competition will take place. The previous two editions were dominated by the Egyptian, whom most people know as Big Ramy. He wants to add his third Olympia win to his account and is therefore doing everything he can to achieve this goal.

The legendary Ronnie Coleman also spoke about the fact that he should win this year's edition in a recent video, for whom Big Ramy is the clear favourite to win.

"I have a lot of respect for Big Ramy because he's a big guy who trains hard, works hard, is really dedicated to his craft and I think he's probably going to be Mr. Olympia for the next 3-4 years at least. because nobody is going to catch him there for greatness. Right now he's too far ahead of everyone. So Big Ramy is the man."

Although the praise from Coleman Big Ramy certainly warms the heart, it is not certain whether the Egyptian will be racing for that long, as he stated during the worm that he has one more year before he retires from racing.

"I decided from the beginning that I would quit bodybuilding at 38. My kids keep asking me about it, I tell them that thirty-eight hasn't come yet. When it comes, we'll talk.

I don't know what I'm going to do after I'm thirty-eight, but this is something I decided a long time ago. I'm thirty-seven years old, one more year to go." Big Ramy said in a recent interview.
