"Big Ramy will be Mr. Olympia for the next 3-4 years at least," Coleman suspects.

Soon, at the beginning of December, we can expect the biggest bodybuilding competition in the world Mr. Olympia. After two years, it is returning to the famous venue in Las Vegas. The previous two editions, which were not held in Vegas, were dominated by the Egyptian colossus known as Big Ramy. According to various experts, this bodybuilder should also dominate this year's competition and score another valuable victory.

Last week, we informed you in our article that Big Ramy is starting to go on a diet and so he will start to lose excess kilograms. He subsequently posted on his social media:

One of bodybuilding's biggest stars, Ronnie Coleman, in a recent YouTube video spoke about just that, saying that I think not only will Ramy win this year's Olympia, but that he will reign supreme at this competition for the next 3-4 years.

"I have a lot of respect for Big Ramy because he's a big guy who trains hard, works hard, is really dedicated to his craft and I think he's probably going to be Mr. Olympia for the next 3-4 years at least. because nobody is going to catch him there for greatness. Right now he's too far ahead of everyone. So Big Ramy is the man."

While Coleman's praise of Big Ramy certainly warms the heart, it's not certain if the Egyptian will be racing that long, as he stated during the worm that he has one more year until his racing retirement.

"I decided from the beginning that I would quit bodybuilding at 38. My kids keep asking me about it, I tell them that thirty-eight hasn't come yet. When it comes, we'll talk.

I don't know what I'm going to do after I'm thirty-eight, but this is something I decided a long time ago. I'm thirty-seven years old, one more year to go." Big Ramy said in a recent interview.
