Big Ramy currently weighs a whopping 153kg!

In eighteen weeks (December 15-18, 2022. ), the world's biggest bodybuilding show, Mr. Olympia, will begin. This year's edition is once again moving to its familiar Las Vegas setting, as announced by Dan Soloman late last year. The winner of the previous two editions - Big Ramy, who has already warned in early spring that he wants to present the best version of himself, is also preparing for this year's competition.

"My goal for this year's Olympia is to present the best Big Ramy ever, and I'm working very hard to do that."

In a recent Instagram post, Big Ramy revealed his current physique and stated that he weighs a whopping 336.6lbs/153kg!

Although Ramy is due to retire next year, it's clear that he's not thinking about his retirement just yet and is busily preparing for the Olympia to defend his two previous victories. What do you think of Ramy's current form?
