Antoine Vaillant is not slowing down and is already practicing his free line-up for Mr. Olympia!

Canadian pro Antoine Vaillant is eagerly awaiting his second appearance at Mr. Olympia, having secured his direct qualification for the bodybuilding festival by triumphing at the Wings of Strength Chicago 2022 competition in July.

Antoine Vaillant

Antoine made his Olympia Weekend debut in 2020, where he finished 14th. For this year's edition, his goal will be to move up the results list again, and he will be most satisfied if he manages to break into the top 10!

Therefore, like all the other participants in this spectacular competition, he is doing everything he can to achieve this goal. Unlike the others, however, he has one huge advantage, and that is incredible determination! How else to explain the fact that although he has already fallen to the bottom several times thanks to drugs, he has managed not only to get up, but also to prepare a breathtaking form, which secured him the victory in Chicago and with it the aforementioned direct qualification!

Another of Antoine's strengths is his flexibility. Nowadays, you will find few bodybuilders, let alone professional ones, who can, for example, do the so-called rope. Well, one of them is our Lukas Osladil, but he is somewhere else with his movement skills!

The rope is to be part of the free routine that Antoine is already practicing, about 10 weeks before this year's Mr. Olympia competition.

Below you can see part of this routine, which he is working on with choreographer Rachel Davis Hamilton and amateur bodybuilder Carl Kai Cheung, who is considered one of the best posers today!

Chang himself is very fond of posing, as evidenced by one of his most recent Instagram posts, to which he adds:

Freestyle tonight! Pretty unpolished, I haven't done it in about a year so I did a few poses just off the top of my head.
This is how I posed without music in the pose room. I added this "moment in love" song after I posted the video.
I pose because I love it... not because I have to... that's why I do it so often.

This song was used by Melvin Anthony in 2006 at the Arnold Classic when he added the Phantom of the Opera mask and white gloves.
I love this routine.

By the way, the posing of the aforementioned Melvin Anthony was one of the absolute best to be seen on the competition stages in his time!
We can see for ourselves with the Phantom of the Opera performed by him.
