Antoine Vaillant and Fouad Abiad present their forms ahead of their fight in Toronto.

The 9th edition of the traditional professional competition Toronto Pro Supershow will take place in Toronto , Canada, on June 1-2.
As you already know from our previous articles, many fighters are going to take part in the competition, especially local ones such as Antoine Vaillant and Quinton Eriya.

These days, another local fighter, the experienced Fouad Abiad , has announced his intention to compete in this contest . The athlete sponsored by Kaged Muscle returns to the competition stage after missing last season.

HAMMER CURLS SUCK! ! ? Lol ok ok, calm down don’t start screaming at me I’ll rephrase. For me, hammer curls suck. I could feel the shitty form while I was doing this, then I watched the video and it confirmed my fear. When I was doing the curl I couldn’t feel the same contraction in my brach/bicep as I could when I do reverse barbell curls.. ??‍♂️ Why: you can see with each rep I’m pulling my shoulder up and in. That’s my shoulder doing all the work! That’s why I wasn’t getting the contraction I wanted. From now on it’s reverse curls for me only to hit the brach. After that I did the same overhead extension for my superset I posted in a video last week. That has quickly become my favourite finisher for triceps.. ? Always analyze your work. Don’t train, eat, blindly. Face Pulls. I’ve never been a fan of traditional face pulls. I can feel them but doing them standing always felt like my body was swaying too much and I wasn’t locked in. I saw a few guys at the gym doing this variation and decided to give it a shot. Have to be honest it feels pretty good and the seating position is actually perfect.
