350 kg Bench Press RAW, or a new world record by Julius Maddox!
Author: Every year, theArnold Sports Festival is one of the biggest sports festivals on the planet! Usually it is also one of the most attended events in the fitness world, unfortunately this year it was not the case due to the fear of Coronavirus.
Although the number of visitors, and therefore spectators, was minimal, there was no shortage of breathtaking sporting results!
In the past few days we brought you the results from the professional bodybuilders' competition at the 32nd Arnold Classic, which was dominated by William Bonac.
We also brought you the results from the competition of the world's strongest men at the Arnold Strongman Classic 2020, which was dominated byHafþór Júlíus Björnsson. He became the king of this competition for the third time in a row, having also managed to dominate the 2018 and 2019 editions !
But there was much more going on at the Festival, such as setting a new world record for bench press without the use of a support jersey, the Bench Press RAW!
It's a hard to believe 350 kg, and one that American strongman Julius Maddox can put on his CV !
