Fitzwater has declassified the complete list of substances. What exactly was he taking?

Martin Fitzwater is among the absolute elite of the Open category this year. After his success at this year's Olympia and subsequent win at the EVLS Prague Pro 2025, he decided to be as transparent as possible. In a recent video, he revealed his preparation in detail and explained why he had to change some best practices to achieve lifetime form without ruining his health.

The foundation of his success was a shoulder repair

Even before putting on anabolics, Fitzwater had to resolve an old shoulder injury from his athletics days that limited him from training and posing. Injectable peptides BPC-157 and TB-500 became the key.

"That shoulder was totally shit, basically a barbell nailed me to the ground back in the day," Martin colorfullydescribed .

It was the peptides that gave him back his mobility and allowed him to get into positions without pain, which made all the difference to his presentation on stage.

Replacing Trenbolone with Parabolan.

When it comes to "hard" substances, Martin made a major change this year. He replaced the classic Trenbolone, known for its side effects on the psyche, with Parabolan.

"It's the best feeling I've experienced on a Tren-type molecule. The anxiety and that constant feeling of being 'on the edge' have disappeared," he praised.

Together with Masteron, Anavar and Proviron, this combination provided him with the muscle hardness he needed, but with much less of a burden on his psyche.

Problems with Winstrol and the chemical smell

But not everything went smoothly. Fitzwater openly admitted that his body refused to cooperate with Stanozolol this year. As soon as he exceeded the 25 mg dose, he began to have serious digestive problems.

"It got to the point where I went on the big one and could almost smell the chemical smell of Winstrol. My liver just wasn't giving it," he confided .

So he had to limit the substance and protect his liver with high doses of glutamine.

The "Give and Take" philosophy

Fitzwater concluded his confession by saying that top-level bodybuilding is not about mindless substance use, but about a constant dialogue with one's own body.

"It's about give and take. Every day you wake up and you have to adapt to what your body allows you to do," explained the winner of the Prague show.

It is this sensitive approach, backed up by blood tests, that allowed him to reach the top.
