Product description Wolfberry Erythritol
Wolfberry Erythritol sweetener - artificial sweetener without calories
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that occurs naturally in some fruits. It is industrially produced by fermenting glucose with the help of yeast. Compared to regular beet sugar, Erythritol looks and tastes the same, without any flavour. Only its sweetness is approximately 70%. Unlike beet sugar, it does not contain any calories, so it can be recommended for reduction diets.
It also has a zero glycaemic index (GI 0) and is therefore particularly suitable for diabetics. Erythritol also cannot be metabolised in the mouth and does not form plaque, which is the cause of tooth decay. It can be used to sweeten coffee, tea, cold drinks, cooking and baking.
