Pyridoxine or vitamin B6 belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins. Pyridoxine supports the normal function of the immune system, thereby stimulating natural defences. Pyridoxine contributes to normal mental and nervous activity. Pyridoxine helps the normal production of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. As a result, pyridoxine promotes a reduction in the rate of fatigue and exhaustion.

Pyridoxine contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, a toxic substance that occurs naturally in the body. Vitamin B6 contributes to the conversion of homocysteine to the non-toxic cysteine. The entire metabolism of homocysteine is supported by vitamin B12 and folic acid in addition to pyridoxine.

Recommended dosage:

• 1 tablet per day. Swallow the whole tablet with sufficient liquid. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the dosage will be determined by a physician.

Caution. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
