The powder is obtained from the ground seeds of the Paullinia cupana climbing plant. It is a climbing plant found in the Amazon region. The substance Guaranine, which the powder contains, is similar to caffeine and occurs naturally in the seeds of this plant. The biggest difference between caffeine and guaranine is the rate of absorption - guaranine leaves the body much more slowly, making the stimulating effect much longer and more even.

Recommended dosage:

• Mix 6 g per day (approx. 2 teaspoons) with 300 ml of juice, milk, fruit or vegetable smoothie. 6 oz. or 6 oz. of milk and juice per serving.
