Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients.
Procedure. We have to mention that this will take some time, because it takes some time to really process the chocolate thoroughly. You can also sprinkle the finished drink with shaved chocolate chips for garnish.
Pear smoothie
Ingredients: 2 small pears, a small handful of dried cranberries (about 25 grams), 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon flax seeds, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, 250 ml water, 1-3 teaspoons Black seed oil to taste.
Procedure. Cover with water and add the cranberries and all the seeds. Place the container on a smoothie maker and blend. Since the seeds and relatively tough dried cranberries will last a while, it will take a while to make a really creamy smooth drink with no solids left.
