GreenDay® ProVegan Beet Root is a dietary supplement containing beetroot extract with a high content of natural nitrates. Nitrates are a natural part of various vegetables and the highest content is found in spinach, lettuce and beetroot. Beetroot nitrates act as a vasodilator, helping to dilate blood vessels and normalise blood pressure levels.

Recommended dosage:

• Take 3 capsules in the morning before meals, followed by 3 capsules before physical activity. Take 3 capsules with 3 capsules of water, 3 capsules of water with 2 capsules of water, and 3 capsules of water with 3 capsules of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
