Recommended Dosage:

• After measuring the pH level in your body, if necessary, take 2 capsules 2 hours after meals or 1 hour before meals. Do not take this dietary supplement if your pH level is 6.8 or higher. For greater effectiveness, take 2 capsules before bedtime with plenty of water.
