Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc - a mixture of essential minerals. Calcium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function and is needed to maintain normal bone and teeth. Magnesium contributes to reduced levels of fatigue and exhaustion, normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair and nails. It also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended Dosage:
- Take 2 tablets with meals. Take 2 tablets with 2 tablets with sufficient water.
