L-carnitine is a combination of the amino acids lysine and methionine. It is an endogenous substance found mainly in muscle and heart muscle. Part of the L-carnitine needed every day is supplied by food.

In addition, L-Carnitine Liquid has been enriched with vitamin B6. Vitamins are essential nutrients. The body cannot make them on its own - they must be available through food or supplements.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism. A well-functioning energy metabolism is important for energy production, which in turn is important for maintaining basic functions in the body.
