Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an amino acid derivative and one of the major inhibitory neurotransmitters in the central nervous system.
GABA can be found in certain foods such as tea leaves, sprouted rice, soy or even tomatoes.
Recommended dosage of Scitec Gaba:
