Citicoline Cognizin®

Citicoline (CDP-choline) is a naturally occurring substance important for proper brain function, serving as a precursor to choline and subsequently acetylcholine - a key neurotransmitter for memory, concentration and learning. It is also involved in the production of phosphatidylcholine, an essential component of neuronal cell membranes, thereby supporting their regeneration and protection. The patented form of Cognizin® is a highly pure, clinically tested citicoline produced by fermentation that is primarily aimed at supporting mental performance, focus and "mental energy. It works by increasing not only acetylcholine, but also dopamine and norepinephrine levels, which translates into better attention, faster reaction times and increased motivation without the stimulant effects of caffeine.
