Product description Weider Protein Pancake mix
Mixture for the preparation of pancakes or waffles with an increased proportion of (milk and egg) protein. With sugar and sweeteners. Contains a balanced protein/carbohydrate ratio. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The supplement does not replace a balanced and varied diet, which is essential for the proper functioning of the body.
Recommended dosage:
- Mix 25 g of the product in a shaker with 50 ml of water. Let stand for a while. Then pour the mixture into a hot pan with some good quality oil. In the microwave, "bake" the mixture for about 1.5 minutes at full power.
Note: Food for special diet, suitable for athletes.
