Processing method and purity of the isolate

The lactose-free whey isolate is produced using the CFM (Cross-Flow Microfiltration) method, which is one of the most gentle ways of processing whey protein.

It preserves the natural bioactive fractions in a proportion close to the original native raw material, while allowing the production of an isolate with a high protein content and a minimum of ballast components.

Due to the high degree of filtration and the added lactase, the absolute minimum of residual lactose is present and it is also well suited for people who find conventional whey proteins less tolerant. Even for selected tested variants, the lactose content was independently laboratory confirmed to be below the limit of quantification (<0.10 g/100 g).

Recommended daily dosage of Prom-in Isoclear CFM:

• 1 serving = 40 g. Take 1-3 times a day as needed for protein intake.
• Directions for preparation: Mix 40 g (2 aligned scoops) in 200-300 ml still water in a shaker.

Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 3 months after opening. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
