Vitargo® is a patented form of carbohydrate. The Vitargo molecule is almost identical to the molecular structure of the muscle sugar glycogen in the human body. Creatine enhances physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise. Does not contain aspartame!
Recommended Dosage:
- The basic daily dose is 37.5 g - 75 g (1-2 scoops). Mix 1 scoop (37.5 g) thoroughly in 100 ml of water and then top up with another 200 ml and stir. Consume about 30 min before sporting activity.
Warning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
