Leader Malto contains pure maltodextrin sourced from EU corn. Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide produced by enzymatic processing of starch. It serves as a source of energy, which is useful during exercise and e.g. during carbohydrate supercompensation. Leader Malto is gluten-free and lactose-free.

About the Leader brand

Leader Foods is a Finnish professional dietary supplement brand founded in 2001. It manufactures premium nutritional supplements for sports and outdoor. Due to the quality of its products, it became a partner of the Finnish Olympic team, which used Leader supplements during the Beijing Olympics. Recommended dosage:

• For prolonged exercise: mix 50 g (approx. 1 dl of powder) with 1 l of water. Take a 2.5 dl serving every 15 minutes during your workout. If needed, mix 1-2 g of salt into the drink to replace the salt lost through sweat. When training in the gym: mix 50 g (approx. 1 dl of powder) with Whey Protein Leader or Soy Protein Leader. Start taking the drink half an hour before the workout and throughout the workout. The package contains 20 doses.
