COMPRESS B.I.G. is a premium and very well balanced gainer with a high protein content. The completely unique composition ensures the right ratio of nutrients for muscle growth, but at the same time it is an ideal product for effective recovery. Thanks to its excellent digestibility, COMPRESS B.I.G. can be consumed immediately after training or in a short time before physical activity.

The high protein content (26%) is partly due to the special, highly digestible NitroPeptideProtein Blend. The carbohydrates are partly represented by the disaccharide isomaltulose - ^PalatinoseTM, which has a slower release of energy into the body. COMPRESS B.I.G. is directly loaded with other active ingredients, including bioactive colostrum, essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA), L-glutamine, magnesium, zinc and vitamins.

The carbohydrate isomaltulose (Palatinose™), which has the same energy value as glucose (i.e. it supplies the body with the necessary sugar for maximum energy recovery), but does not cause a sharp increase in glycaemia (so-called hyperglycaemia). • Whey protein (WPI and WPC), which is absorbed more slowly in the digestive tract because it must be broken down into individual peptides and amino acids. Recommended dosage:

• one serving = 70 g (2.5x scoop) per 450 ml of water. Maximum 2 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Pre-workout.
• Post-workout: you can consume a serving (70 g) of COMPRESS B.I.G. during the stretching phase of your workout (in the so-called carbohydrate window).

Usage:

• One scoop is approx. 28 g. Measure out the recommended dose with the included measuring spoon and mix properly in water (due to the high concentration of active ingredients, a longer mixing time is necessary!). The dilution ratio is 70 g per 450 ml of water. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and use within 2 months.
