Whey protein was developed using a unique blend of whey concentrate, whey isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein. Whey protein concentrate is produced by ultrafiltration technology. Whey protein isolate is the highest quality protein and is produced by cross-flow microfiltration. Hydrolyzed whey protein is a pre-cleaved protein that is enzymatically broken down into peptides. These high biological values and easily digestible proteins promote muscle growth and maintenance.
Critical Whey is a 100% whey protein that provides 21g of protein, 4.8g of BCAAs and 4g of glutamine per serving. Whey protein is gluten-free, low in sugar and tastes great.
Recommended Dosage:
- Mix 2 scoops (approx. 30 g) of powder with 250-500 ml of water or milk and stir well. Take immediately after training or throughout the day, even on non-training days.
