Recommended daily dosage of Per4m Energy Pre-Workout:
- Approximately 15-30 minutes before exercise, mix 1 scoop (6.5 g) in 150 ml of water.
Caution. Dose (6.5 g) contains 200 mg of caffeine. Suitable especially for athletes. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children!
