Recommended dosage:

• Take 1-2 capsules daily. Always on an empty stomach before meals or 30 minutes before physical activity. Take for 2-3 months and then take a 3 week break. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not take before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
