Recommended daily dosage of Nutrend Sleep Supp+:

• Take 1-3 capsules approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Sleep 30-30 minutes at night, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25°C and use within 3 months.
