Vitamin D3 & K2 + Magnesium contains three ingredients targeting the immune system and bone health that work in highly effective synergy with each other. Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption into the body and affects bone formation, vitamin K2 ensures that calcium is transported to the right places, and magnesium acts as a vitamin D3 activator in the body.

The vitamin D contained is cholecalciferol, vitamin ^D3V® - a biologically active vitamin D3 derived from algae of European origin (much of the competition comes from China). Conventional vitamin D is derived from lanolin from sheep's wool, where there is a risk of residual pesticides, plus the process is not natural. Vegetable vitamin ^D3V® has the same structure as animal vitamin D, a guarantee of zero contamination and is also obtained by gentle extraction.

The vitamin K contained is in the form of menaquinone (MK-7), a bioactive form of vitamin K found in fermented foods such as natto. The magnesium contained is in the organic chelated form of magnesium bisglycinate with very good absorption and biological activity. Magnesium in the body supports the activity of vitamin D - the enzymes that activate this vitamin use magnesium as a cofactor.
