Recommended dosage:

Dose approx. 20-30 minutes before the start of the training unit (Note: CZ legislation allows a maximum daily dose of synephrine of 10 mg, therefore only 1 capsule per day can be recommended, never exceed it! The original Bulgarian specification for strength athletes recommends 1 - 3 capsules per day).
