Natural energy Drink Puhdistamo is a strictly natural stimulant drink with a very minimal energy value (3kj / 100 ml). It is sweetened only with steviol-glycosides and contains natural extracts with stimulating effect, which, in addition to boosting vitality, help with concentration and areas of cellular energy production.

Yerba mate extract - Yerba mate is a tropical, up to 20 m tall tree growing in South America. Yerba maté is nicknamed "the drink of the gods", it is very popular in Brazil or Paraguay and especially in Argentina, where it is drunk as often as coffee. However, unlike coffee, it contains about half the amount of caffeine and a whole range of other substances - vitamins, minerals and antioxidants - not found in coffee. The caffeine in maté is also released gradually and lasts longer - so unlike coffee, there are not such significant fluctuations in energy levels and mood, and the high is smoother and lasts longer. Yerba is also less irritating to the stomach and digestive system, and unlike coffee, it even benefits the stomach and does not cause bad breath. In addition to stimulating, energizing and boosting concentration, yerba has blood sugar-related properties - in South America, it is also drunk to stave off feelings of hunger, making it excellent for weight loss diets.

Guarana extract - Guarana is a long leaf growing in the tropical forests of South America with striking red fruits and black seeds. These are made into a powder or extract. Guarana is notorious for its stimulant properties - it is taken to increase energy, delay fatigue, prolong performance and promote concentration.

Green Tea Extract - Green tea is globally regarded as the key to longevity due to the dozens of antioxidant compounds it contains, as well as its stimulating effect, but it does not induce nervousness. It is due to its content of substances that induce a feeling of relaxation, while maintaining alertness and not falling asleep.

L-theanine - the substance that gives green tea the aforementioned ability to induce a feeling of relaxation, but at the same time maintain alertness. It's in Energy Drink for the same reason - to dampen the feeling of jitters from caffeine while helping concentration.

Malic Acid - Why add malic acid to an energy drink? Isn't it a natural acid that is found in fruit and is also produced by fermentation? Yes, and it also participates in the body's Krebs cycle, during which food is converted into energy. Malic acid produces pyruvate, which is a source of energy for the muscles. Its use in an energy drink is thus to replenish substances that stimulate the central nervous system, while malic acid is the fuel.

The complex of all these substances together gives a true energy drink with a synergistic action that stimulates and at the same time does not cause harm to the body.
